Ingredients: 1 bag (or 2 tsp) Ruby Glen Earl Grey, 8oz hot water, 4oz steamed milk, 1 tsp vanilla syrup or honey

Brew Earl Grey in hot water for 4 minutes

Warm and froth milk

Add syrup to tea, top with steamed milk

Optional: Sprinkle with lavender or lemon zest
