Ingredients: 18g Ruby Glen House or Breakfast Blend (finely ground), 36g hot water (espresso shot), 4 oz steamed milk
Brew a double shot espresso with selected blend
Steam milk to a smooth, velvety foam
Pour steamed milk over espresso, then spoon foam on top
Optional: Dust with cocoa or cinnamon

Ingredients: 20g Ruby Glen Mexico Single Origin (coarse grind), 300ml cold water, Ice
Steep grounds in cold water for 12 hours
Strain and serve over ice
Add milk or sweetener to taste

London Fog (Earl Grey Tea Latte)
Comfort in a Cup
Ingredients: 1 bag (or 2 tsp) Ruby Glen Earl Grey, 8oz hot water, 4oz steamed milk, 1 tsp vanilla syrup or honey
Brew Earl Grey in hot water for 4 minutes
Warm and froth milk
Add syrup to tea, top with steamed milk
Optional: Sprinkle with lavender or lemon zest

Iced Hibiscus Berry Tea

Ingredients: 2 tsp Ruby Glen Hibiscus Berry Tea, 12oz water, Ice, berries, or citrus slices
Brew tea with boiling water for 6 minutes
Strain and cool
